DALLAS, Texas - Amazon has opened a new fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas, that will create thousands of jobs and handle millions of orders.

The new center, located at 33333 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, is Amazon's largest in the state of Texas. It will employ more than 1,500 people and process millions of orders per year.

The center will stock a wide variety of items, including books, electronics, and household goods. It will also be used to fulfill orders for Amazon Prime members.

The opening of the new fulfillment center is part of Amazon's ongoing expansion in Texas. The company has invested more than $10 billion in the state since 2011, and it now employs more than 30,000 people in Texas.
